Assassment say... (1)

Masih ingat ceritaku tentang assesment-ku waktu itu kan? :) . Hari ini aku baca semua detail di report hasil assesmentku itu. Ada dua report : SDS analysis report dan employee DICS analysis report.

Menurut report yang pertama characteriticku itu SRI ( Social, Realistic, Investigative). Orang dengan charakteristic SRI Personality Discriptionnya dijelaskan begini :

Social Characteristic is a helpers.
People in the social category prefer to work with others in a supportive way. They tend to be highly verbal, express themselves well, and get along well ini groups. Social types typical prefer the team apporach to problem soling. People in the social category often describe themselves as cooperative friendly, and understanding. They recelve rewards from helping other. [gua bangetttt nih hehehehe]

Realistic Characteristic is a doers.
People in the realistic category often prefer to work with objects and things. They are likely to enjoy creathing things with their hands and using tools and machines. Some prefer large, powerful machines like tractors and cranes [haaa? ngga deh kaya'nya], others prefer precision machinery such as X-Ray or electronic equipment [mungkin ini lebih gua :)]

Investigative Chalacteristic is a thinkers.
People in the investigative category often have a strong desire to understand cause and effect, and solve puzzles and problems [yes]. They often work in jobs that are scientific in nature [not me]. They often have jobs that include laboratory work[not me]. Their work often involves the analysis of data, using formula, graphs, and numbers [yup]. Investigative types typically prefer to work independently, and with minimum supervison [agree:)]

UPDATE :
Satu section lagi dari report pertama ini adalah tentang Occupational & Vacational Development. Jadi waktu assesment aku disuruh memilih jenis-jenis pekerjaan yang diinginkan/diimpikan. Hasilnya cukup mengejutkan aku. Coba lihat ditabel ditabel dibawah ini :



So, kata table di atas yang paling FIT sama aku itu pekerjaan sebagai job development specialist [kok bisa ya?? ]. Beda nih dengan kata garis tanganku versi Shafiq. Yang paling mengejutkan aku adalah persentage fit untuk position tittle writer, prose, fiction and nonfiction. Tapi ngga' apa-apa deh, tetap akan nulis kok :)
